Your mind is the strongest part of you; it plays a part in controlling how you live your life, allowing behaviours and patterns to repeat themselves. So it make sense that if you carry on doing what you have always done, you will most definitely get more of what you already have. The term mindset is something we can put to use to help us change how we have always done things in the past.
Retraining the mind does take lots of practice, commitment and discipline but you can change your inner critic to become your inner cheerleader.
The difference between wanting to and actually doing it does take courage. It is about calming and stilling the mind, controlling the negative self-sabotaging chatter that goes on in our thoughts.
It is quite simple that our life is made up of two things: positive and negative. If you sow positive thoughts you will reap positive outcomes, and a negative thought only has the power if you react to it and give it emotion. So by retraining your mind you can reap what you sow.
I see my mind as a tool which I can choose to use in any way I wish, literally either choose those thoughts of getting results in a positive or negative way.
